- We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $9.50 AUD for all orders to Australia and New Zealand.
- We offer free shipping for all orders above $200AUD to Australia and New Zealand.
- We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $25AUD for all orders to the rest of the world.
Delivery Timeframes:
- Standard shipping to Australia typically takes 2-5 business days from the dispatch date.
- Standard shipping to New Zealand typically takes 4-10 business days from the dispatch date.
- Standard shipping to the rest of the world typically takes 10-15 business days from the dispatch date.
- Expedited shipping options (if offered) will be available at checkout for an additional fee.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
- You can track your order directly on the carrier's website.
Important Notes:
- We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance or unforeseen circumstances.
- Any applicable import duties or taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.
Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it for a full refund or exchange (subject to availability).
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team via email at info@same-time-tomorrow.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the return package to the provided address.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is incorrect or faulty.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
- Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 48 hours.
This policy does not apply to:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Items purchased on sale or clearance.
